Ruby red verging on garnet. Intense, fruit-forward, spicy and floral bouquet with red berry fruits and delicate spice. Warm, soft, well-balanced palate with structure, soft tannins and long aftertaste.
Roasted and stewed game, mature cheeses and handmade pasta with red meat or game ragout.
Vignoble & service
Medium-grain soil with good marl levels from the Eocene period; vineyard altitude 240–360 m.
Vinification
Fermentation and refinement in stainless steel and glass concrete vats with temperature control; aging in oak barrels followed by bottle refinement.
